Chandler Services is seeking a motivated and driven individual to undertake a traineeship working alongside all departments of the business.
We are a dynamic recruitment organization specializing in temp and permanent staffing solutions across various industries including manufacturing, warehousing, aged care, dental, and agriculture.
With our client base growing and expanding across the country, we have new opportunities within the business to keep up with the increasing demand. This role aims to assist our team with daily administrative tasks and offer support to the operations team.
Upon completion of the traineeship, you will have obtained a nationally recognized qualification – Certificate III in Business Administration.
Responsibilities and duties:
Daily office administration tasks
Answering client and candidate inquiries via phone and email
Conduct reference checks and background checks for suitable candidates
Assisting with the allocation of staff to suitable client sites
Conduct pre-screens for suitable candidates
To be successful:
You will be driven and self-motivated
Have an excellent eye for detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Basic understanding of Microsoft Suite – Word/Excel/Outlook
Be willing to learn under the direction
To be committed to undertaking a Traineeship in Certificate III – Business Administration
We utilize various cloud-based software technology tools to streamline our day-to-day activities and require the ideal candidate to be computer literate with adaptability to learn new software.
The role is based in the CBD office and is Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30 (No weekends). You will be working alongside an enthusiastic and dynamic team. We enjoy after-work drinks and team lunch and team-building activities.
